Türnitz lies at the head of the Traisental, at 463 metres above sea level, in the heart of the densely forested lower Alps. Here, at the foot of the Eibl is the most advanced all weather toboggan track in Lower Austria, the EIBL Jet. The run, with a total drop of over one hundred metres, has steep eleven curves and the track rises up to seven metres above the ground. With seat belts, high tech control and video tracking, this is a ride for all the family. The track is enclosed so you can take a ride no matter what the weather is doing.
