ItThe Three Kings Burial Chapel can be found near the Parish Church of St. Stephen. It is a Romanesque charnel house with an impressive five-banked portal its columns separated by notched ornamentation and topped by a decorative frieze. The portal is one of the finest of its type and ranks with that of the Stephansdom in Vienna. The church’s 13th century frescos, which depict The Last Judgement and The Archangel Michael Fighting The Dragon, were rather unsympathetically restored by the Hungarian painter Franz Storno but still impress.
