Schloß Rohrbach is first mentioned in 1370 and its owners were aristocrats who served the Habsburgs, the most important of them being Johannes von Rohrbach, who served Emperor Friedrichs III. After the demise of the Rohrbach family, the castle passed eventually into the possession of the von Risenfels family who still own it. The castle is a three story structure with four corner towers topped by characteristic Baroque onion domes. In the park there is a beautiful Baroque chapel dedicated to St. John of Nepomuk.
