The Renaissance Schloss Puchberg, set in a beautiful park, is a Catholic educational centre for the Diocese of Linz. The building originates from the late 16th century with 17th and 19th century modifications and was taken over by the Diocese in 1953. The purpose of the centre is to promote cultural and religious education and understanding within the context of modern life, scientific development and social change. The meetings, lectures and courses held here cover a wide variety of topics from art, modern dance and painting to philosophy.
