Still producing such tipples as Williams Pear Brandy, Wiener Blut Liquer and Absinthe Mata Hari, to name a few, this living museum gives visitors the opportunity to discover the traditions and workings of a distillery. The distillation equipment has been in use since 1904, recipes have been handed down through generations and the same utensils and tools dating back to 1902 are still being used. The office, unchanged since 1919, is still used, as is the 1914 cash register. The products and souvenirs can be bought as a memento of the visit.
