The Joslowitzer Heimatstube can be found in the old malt house in the village of Zwingendorf. The museum was set up in 1985 by the former residents of the neighbouring town on the border, Joslowitz - today Jaroslavice, and displays documents, images, photos and other exhibits devoted to the history, culture and society of this once large and prosperous community of South Moravia. The inspiration for the museum was the expulsion, during the Second World War, of the German population of this important city and the disappearance of their culture and society.
