The late Gothic Sebastiankirche was built between 1505 and 1512. A fire in the early 19th century destroyed much of the interior and few of the earlier features survive. A painting of the Madonna by Hans Waldenburger (1600) adorns the altar. Of note however is the cemetery which contains the Mozart family grave, the late renaissance domed mausoleum of Archbishop Wolf Dietrich von Raitenau and the tomb of the alchemist, physician, astrologer, and occultist Theophrastus Paracelsus located in the porch of the church.
