Jedenspeigen’s Pfarrkirche was probably constructed about 1200 in the Romanesque style, as evidenced by the recent discovery of three characteristic windows on the south side of the church during recent restoration. The majority of the Romanesque nave still exists and is complemented by a Gothic choir from about 1360. The church contains an important memorial, in late Renaissance and early Baroque style, dedicated to the Kollonitsch family, who owned the castle, which dates from around 1600. After a fire in the 17th century the church was remodelled in the Baroque style. The middle of the 19th century saw the biggest changes when the building was once again remodelled in the neo-Gothic manner and the Romanesque elements were re-emphasized.
