The Schulmuseum can be found in Kasten, only five kilometres to the south east of Haslach. The museum has preserved three turn of the 19th century simple school rooms and their contents in the Glockenhäusl der Ortschaft Kasten. The wonderful building and school were established in 1812 and are presented as an inspiration to adults and children alike. Visitors can see into the former schoolmaster’s accommodation and examine the teaching material from a time far removed from our own. Externally, the pretty clock tower and passion cross, on the west side of the building, are particularly noteworthy
