The Pfarrkirche dedicated to St. Ottilie can be found on the best spot on the Kollmitzberg, with superb views over the surrounding countryside. The saint, whose statue dates from about 1500, was miraculously delivered from blindness at the age of 11 during baptism. During the Middle Ages, the church was a pilgrimage destination for thousands of blind people who came not only to the church but also to benefit from the waters of the Ottilienwasser spring which rises on the mountain. The high altar and choir are both Gothic in origin.
