In Wieden near Bad Hofgastein you will find Austria’s one and only organic beer brewery specialising in wheat beer. The traditional brews are made with the finest organic hops and malt using pure spring water with additives, pasturisation or filtration. The brewery has its own pub and the owners also run an organic farm. The farm shop offers a tantalising selection of produce from the brewery and farm; beer, organic meat, sausages, bacon, cheese, eggs and Schnaps.
