Horn’s town museum, the Höbarth und Mader Museum, houses extensive collections of objects connected with the district, over twenty thousand in total. The most important of these is the largest pre-historic collection in Lower Austria containing tools and early Stone Age and Bronze Age finds. The exhibits encompass every aspect of local history from antique vases and terracotta from the Mediterranean to 20th century agricultural machinery. There are lots of example of folk art including furniture, ceramics, stained glass, sculptures and paintings.
