The Dirnbachermühle is a genuine working mill which is powered by a stream. It is also a museum dedicated to the crafts of milling and bread making both in the past and present. The mill is full of fascinating historical devices connected with the two crafts, many of which are in working order and can be demonstrated. There are lots of information boards and pictures which illustrate the processes of baking and milling. Visitors can also purchase samples of the miller’s art with which to make their own bread.
