The former monastic church of the Kapuzinerkloster can be found on the Amtsgasse and can be identified by the statue of St. Leopold standing outside. The building was constructed between 1666 and 1667 but only served its original purpose for just over a century. In 1783, by the order of Emperor Joseph II, the monastery was dissolved and thereafter served a variety of functions, including as a prison for the district court. The cell windows can still be seen in the side wall. The monastery gate can still be seen incorporated into an adjacent building.
