The Casino Bad Gastein is located in the elegant, ‘Belle Epoque’, Grand Hotel de l’Europe. The casino, which is only open during the season, has close links with the origins of casino style gambling in Austria. The first casino opened in 1937 but closed again in 1938. It reopened its doors in 1950 and moved to its present location in 1984. In an atmosphere reminiscent of a James Bond movie you just might be able to win enough to pay for your trip!
