The delightful Erlebnismuseum Anzenaumühle is based in typical local buildings and offers the visitor the experience of rural life in the past. The earliest references to the site are from 1325 but it probably existed as a trade centre much earlier. By the 18th century it was a substantial business concern with a house, stables, mill and baker’s shop. The museum hosts many exhibitions relating to local life and visitors can witness the baking of traditional bread and even partake of a traditional meal.
