The Casino Linz, opened in 1982, is one of the largest tourist enterprises in the city of Linz. The modern building, surrounded by a beautifully landscaped park, is suitably opulent. Hans Staudacher designed the main play hall which, with its wonderful mosaics, creates a harmonious setting. The spectacular 200 m meeting hall was added late in the last century. Not withstanding the attraction of having a flutter in the casino, visitors can also partake of the very best of Austrian cuisine.
