Just off the Grossglockner Pass before Mautstelle you will find the delightful 15 hectare Wild und Freizeitpark Ferleiten, where you can observe more than 200 animals in natural surroundings. The wild life park specialises in native species such as wild boar, bears, wolves, lynx, deer, chamois and owls. There is easy access to the exhibits, including watch towers, and plenty of information about the animals along the way. In a separate part of the complex you will find the children’s adventure playground containing a swings, roundabout, trampolines, model railway and water play.
